We examined Rice-A-Roni’s current demographic and advertising strategies. Based on all the information about the brand history and research, we decided we wanted to continue incorporating its current product users and new shoppers into our research for a potential new campaign. We interviewed and observed both groups, focusing on their shopping, cooking, and eating habits. Our findings revealed that nostalgia and convenience are powerful motivators for current customers, while new consumers are primarily driven by convenience and price.

Our assignment was to review an organization facing significant business challenges, and we selected The Climate Pledge. We investigated the collaboration between The Climate Pledge, Amazon, and Global Optimism, examining the commitment and its reputational impact. Our research highlighted the complexity of environmental policies and the lack of S.E.C. oversight on climate-related matters. The Climate Pledge advocates for clearer ESG (Environmental Stewardship, Social Responsibility, and Corporate Governance) measurements.

For my assignment, I selected a case study on Anheuser-Busch’s crisis management. I researched the Dylan Mulvaney Bud Light social media campaign from March 2023, providing a comprehensive timeline, identifying primary and secondary stakeholders, and analyzing Anheuser-Busch's crisis management approach. Despite the mishandling of the crisis from ABInBev, I found that ABInBev did not suffer a significant global dollar market share loss in the months following.
